Our mission is to balance shareholder interests while fostering long-term corporate vision and sustainable value creation. By improving profitability and advancing sustainability practices, We strive to establish exemplary corporate governance frameworks.

To address the “Korea Discount” and drive successful corporate value-up initiatives, we continuously strengthen board responsibilities through director training, policy analysis, and benchmarking against global standards. We also provide practical solutions to improve governance transparency and resolve imbalances between controlling and minority shareholders—enhancing corporate transparency and investor relations(IR) in the process.

KCCD actively participates in policy dialogues on corporate law reform, capital gains taxation, and the implementation of global governance standards. In close collaboration with economic associations, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies, we develop practical solutions to address the complex challenges facing Korean corporations.
