Co-Chair


Jung Hoon Kim 

Co-Chair



Jung Hoon Kim, Co-Chair of KCCD, serves as Board Member(Director) at the Korea Exchange(KRX), promoting corporate listings and sustainable governance. As Ombudsman for the Financial Supervisory Service(FSS) of the South Korea, he leads initiatives to strengthen financial market oversight. He also contributes to policy development as a member of the KOSPI Market Committee.



Jong Soo Yoon 

Co-Chair



Jong Soo Yoon, Co-Chair of KCCD, is a governance and policy expert with extensive experience in public policy. He previously served as Vice Minister of Environment for the South Korean government and as Director-General of the UN OSD. Currently, he is the Chair of the Board at KT Corporation, where he leads corporate governance reforms.
